How we handle the personal data you send us

Who is responsible
The data controller is UNSEEN PERSPECTIVE, a société à responsabilité limitée à associé unique, registered at 12 Place Jean Giraudoux, 94000 Créteil, France, under RCS Créteil number 109 524 025, trading as Unseen Perspective.

What we collect
The request form asks for your first and last name, company, job title, work email address, country, the languages you are comfortable in, and whether you would like sample pages, a call, both, or to order the report.
In addition to the information you provide through the form, our website and service providers may process limited technical information, such as IP addresses, browser or device information, timestamps and security logs, where necessary to operate, secure and deliver the website and the form. We do not use the information submitted through this form for advertising or cross-site behavioral profiling.
What you need to provide
Fields marked as required are necessary for us to respond to your request or, if you decide to buy the report, to process the order. If you do not provide them, we may be unable to provide the requested sample, call or report. Other fields are optional.
Why we use it
- To send you sample pages from the SILMO Paris 2026 report.
- To propose two time slots if you asked for a call, and to hold that call in a language you marked.
- To answer questions about the SILMO Paris 2026 report, and to send you the report and the invoice if you decide to buy it.
We rely on your consent, given through the checkbox on the form (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
We use your details to respond to your request for sample pages, information about the report or a call, and, where applicable, to process an order.
Where the processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or to perform a contract with you, we rely on Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation. Where you act on behalf of a company or organization, we may instead rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and managing our business relationships (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation), provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
If a purchase is made, we also process the data necessary to comply with applicable accounting and tax obligations (Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation). We may retain limited information where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Who else sees it
We use selected service providers to operate this website, the request form and our communications. Where required by the GDPR, these providers process personal data on our behalf under appropriate data protection arrangements and may use authorised subprocessors where necessary to provide their services. These include:
- Tally, which hosts the form and stores submissions.
- Cloudflare, which provides website hosting, delivery and security services and may process limited technical information, such as IP addresses and connection data, where necessary to provide those services.
- Gandi Mail, through which we send and receive email.
We do not sell your personal data. Our service providers may use approved subprocessors where necessary to provide their services, subject to appropriate data protection obligations. We may also disclose limited personal data to professional advisers (such as accountants or legal advisers) and to public authorities where this is reasonably necessary or legally required.
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards are used in accordance with applicable data protection law, including, where applicable, an adequacy decision such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism. You may contact us for information about the relevant safeguards and, where applicable, how to obtain a copy.
Cookies and similar technologies
We do not use personal data collected through the request form for advertising or behavioral tracking. The website may use technical technologies that are strictly necessary for its operation, security and delivery. If non-essential analytics or tracking technologies are used, we will provide the information and obtain any consent required by applicable law before they are activated.
How long we keep it
If you do not buy the report, we keep your details for twelve months after our last exchange, then delete or anonymize them from our active systems, subject to limited residual retention in secure backups in accordance with our service providers' backup cycles. If you buy the report, the information needed for the contract, invoice, accounting and tax records is retained for the periods required by applicable law. We may retain limited information for longer where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims or to comply with another legal obligation.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances and the legal basis for the processing, you may have the right to access your personal data, have inaccurate data corrected, request deletion or restriction, receive certain data in a portable format, and object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
To exercise your rights, write to l.iribarne@unseen-perspective.com. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity. We normally respond within one month; where permitted by the General Data Protection Regulation, that period may be extended where the request is complex or numerous.
You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés) or with the data protection authority in your own country.
Changes
If this notice changes, the updated version will appear at this address with a new date. Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes affecting personal data already collected before those changes take effect.
